A plot of land on the former Total Fuel site in Colwick has been put up for sale. The land, located off Colwick Loop Road, is part of the former Total Fuel depot which was acquired by developer Chancerygate in November 2021.
The builders' merchant subsequently dropped out, however, and the entire scheme had to be redesigned, now including 19 industrial units due to increased market demand. The plans will deliver a number of benefits, such as the redevelopment of the land and the provision of new employment opportunities.
"There are a wealth of retail and industrial occupiers surrounding the site, and it has a 173m frontage to the A612 Colwick Loop Road. A new Sainsbury’s food store and MKM Builders Merchant are now trading adjacent to the site.
