Britain's youngest female killer who was locked up after stabbing a stranger to death could walk free in days.
“Every night I see the Devil in my dreams – sometimes even in my mirror, but I realise it was just me.” She was sentenced to life in prison a minimum of 14 years. Carr, now 42, was considered too unstable to be released from HMP Bronzefield, in South West London just two years ago after she tried to get her restricted prisoner status downgraded. She was denied permission to seek a judicial review after a judge heard she fantasised about murdering another inmate.
