Diablo 4 devs reveal future updates including much-needed inventory and Sorceress changes DiabloIV Diablo4 Diablo
Following the tremendous wave of community backlash that Diablo 4 Season 1 brought about, the game’s developers have promised that they won’t be releasing a patch like it in the future as part of their recently conducted Campfire Chat.
Associate director of community management Adam Fletcher specifically stated during the live stream that they “don’t plan on doing a patch like this ever again” due to the negative feedback that they received from numerous disgruntled players. Of course, the development team also provided evidence as to how exactly they plan on committing to this assurance as they gave the fan base a sneak peek at what to expect in both the short- and long-term.
One of the changes that’s apparently set to arrive sooner rather than later is the introduction a few much-needed buffs to the underpowered Sorceress, which, according to associate game director Joe Piepiora, will be arriving in patch 1.1.1. Now, even though the team didn’t exactly provide a specific date as to when it’s set to arrive, they have stated that it’ll be coming in the next few weeks as they will apparently be holding another developer live stream on July 28th.
