To celebrate 19t years of "Encantadia," Direk Mark Reyes gave fans another "Sang'gre" teaser!The director took to Instagram to share a photo of trees and a blue screen.“After almost two decades I find myself once again on a familiar set. The twin trees of the Asnamon. The portal that connects the mortal world with the mystical land known as Encantadia,” Direk Mark said in his caption.
The story followed four strong Sang’gres who represent each element and fight to protect their kingdom.Diana Zubiri, Iza Calzado, Karylle, and Sunshine Dizon, the original Sang’gres, reunited on “It’s Showtime” in 2023 for Karylle’s Magpasikat performance. They previously reunited for the fantasy film “Mystified,” released in 2019.“Encantadia” was remade and aired on GMA-7 in 2016.The original stars also sent their heartfelt messages to the cast of “Sang’gre.
