If you know someone who’s considering their next steps in education, a visit to South Eastern Regional College on Thursday 6 March offers the opportunity to discover real learning for real life.
If you’re moving on from GCSEs – SERC delivers Further Education courses including vocational training, A-levels and essential skills. You can also pursue a traineeship or earn while you learn on an apprenticeship. Alexandru Oncea is studying an HNC in International Travel and Tourism Management at SERC Lisburn Campus, and says he would recommend this route to a career:
“It’s fantastic that you can come to SERC and do just about anything that will take you in the direction of a career path – electrician, accountant, hospitality, or like me, tourism and management. The classes are small, everyone is friendly, the tutors go out of their way to help you if you need help or support, and the facilities are great too.”
