A new BBC documentary reports that former Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed has been accused of rape, with five female ex-employees alleging the late billionaire sexually assaulted them while in charge of the luxury London department store.

She said he 'got off' on people being on tenterhooks of fearing for their jobs and upsetting him, but he did not fear any comeback as he was 'god of his domain'. She told how he would go around his plush estate offering cash to girls he was fond of and tried to lure them to London with the promise of more money.

Barrister Bruce Drummond, part of the legal team representing 37 alleged victims in a civil case against Harrods, told BBC Radio 4 on Saturday: 'This is the worst case of corporate sexual exploitation of young women that I have ever seen, and I think probably the world has ever seen.'
