Jeffrey Piccolo in May filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and Great Irish Pubs, the operator of Disney World restaurant Raglan Road. His wife, Kanokporn Tangsuan, allegedly ate at the restaurant before she died. Tangsuan was allergic to dairy and nuts, and she allegedly suffered a severe allergic reaction after eating dinner at Raglan Road. She later died due to “anaphylaxis due to elevated levels of dairy and nut in her system,” Piccolo’s complaintthe suit is invalid due to the fact that Piccolo allegedly signed up for its streaming service Disney+.
