DIY SOS star Nick Knowles, who is currently training for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing, has asked fans for help in finding his co-star Billy Byrne's stolen car
DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles has taken to social media to ask the show’s fans for help after his co-star Billy Byrne’s car was stolen this week.
Fans quickly took to X to share their hope Billy would be reunited with his car. “I really hope Billy gets his car back. He is one of the most genuine people on your programme. Good luck,” wrote one, while a second said: “Shared. Hope it’s found. Billy is a legend.” Another sent a message to the car thief: “Do the right thing, return the car. Billy does such good deeds for those in need.”
Nick said: “There’s a chimney being lined, the plumbing is well underway, bedrooms are taking shape and Billy’s keeping the electrics on track. For him, this family story feels very close to home. He too lost a daughter all too young and understands better than most how paralysing grief can be.”“I’ve just been thinking about Caroline recently and how their lives have got to carry on and everything,” Billy told Nick.
