Man 'mutilates and cooks lover after discovering she was transgender while romping'
A RUSSIAN doctor mutilated and COOKED his lover after discovering she was transgender while having sex, police say.
A police report also says that the trained medic cooked some of his lover's body parts in her oven and flushed some of her remains down the toilet. The gruesome police report claims he “cut out her internal organs" and chopped them into small pieces which he flushed down the toilet. Tikhonov, who denied he was a cannibal, reportedly told police he had flushed the cooked human flesh down the toilet.
