A doctor has shared “one simple” step that will “not only control weight” but will also “lead to weight loss”.
Some people can lose weight easily on their own through simple diet and exercise but it isn’t as easy as that for everyone. Researchers from the University of Birmingham have shown that drinking 500ml of water half an hour before eating main meals may help people to lose weight. A video was shared on TikTok to back up the findings from the University of Birmingham. In the video the doctor explained a simple tip to try when attempting to lose weight. He said: “Doing this one simple thing will not only control your weight but it will also lead to weight loss. So what is it? “Drinking water before your meal.
