Tropical Depression DodongPH will continue to bring rain over La Union and Pangasinan as it continues to move over the West Philippine Sea.

PAGASA said Dodong and the enhanced southwest monsoon are expected to cause moderate to rough seas over the eastern and western seaboards of Northern Luzon."Mariners of small seacrafts are advised to take precautionary measures when venturing out to sea. If inexperienced or operating ill-equipped vessels, avoid navigating in these conditions," PAGASA said.As of 10 p.m.

Dodong is expected move northwestward until Sunday morning while slowly moving faster before turning more west northwestward towards southern China.The tropical depression may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibilityon Saturday night or Sunday morning. "Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials," it added. According to Sandra Aguinaldo's report on "24 Oras," PAGASA said the Angat Dam reservoir must reach the spilling level of 210 meters before the year ends.
