The boy was taken to hospital. He was kept in overnight and received stitches to both puncture wounds.“Police were later contacted.
Craig’s lawyer revealed that there are no ongoing issues between the families and that they are on good terms. He added: “My client is a responsible dog owner and made the decision to get the dog destroyed. She has been a dog owner all her life.”Craig, of Pollok, was ordered to pay £500 compensation to the boy.
