Police remain at the scene in Derby
A dog at the address, which police said was out of control and presenting a risk to officers and the public, was shot and killed by firearms officers. A man has also been arrested in connection with the incident.
Officers remain at the property and a cordon is in place. Multiple roads have been closed in the area by police, including part of Cameron Road and Brunswick Street.Derbyshire Police has said there is no ongoing risk to the public and officers will remain in the area as the investigation into the incident continues.
