The DOJ prosecutors specifically indicted Earl Anthony Osita Romero, Tung Cheng Benitez Ten, Jerome Ochoco Balot, Sandro Dasalla Victorino, Michael Lambert Alcazar Ricalde, Mark Muñoz Pedrosa, and Daniel delos Reyes Perry for Salilig’s death and dela Cruz’s injuries.
