Foreign nationals to be employed in the Subic-Clark economic corridor will now have an easier time applying for permits and visas.

DOLE said the new accord aims to make sure the processing of the said documents for FNS are “efficient, simplified, and have harmonized rules and procedures.” The new issuance also integrated the provisions Special Working Permits and Provisional Work Permits under the Bureau of Immigration’s Operations Order No. JHM-2019-008.
