Domenicali believes the new Brad Pitt-led F1 film will create another boom in interest, similar to that created by Drive to Survive ⬇️

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali expects the new Brad Pitt movie to have a Netflix Drive to Survive effect and help to take the series to “another dimension”.The F1 organisation has given its support to the production by giving unprecedented access, even allowing it take over a pit garage and run cars on track between sessions at some races.

“I think that was just amazing to see the reaction of all the F1 community because that was the first time that really you see what has been done,” Domenicali told Autosport/Motorsport.com when asked about the impact of the initial filming at Silverstone. Domenicali has also ensured that the plotline is a positive one that paints the series in a good light.

“They've been with us since the first day we started the project. So it's been more than one year since we talked about it. It's very serious.”
