The former president is 'more than likely' to be indicted over an alleged Arizona fake electors plot, according to a leading attorney.

Donald Trump could be charged in two further criminal cases, according to a legal expert who told Newsweek it is 'more than likely' he will also be indicted in the ongoing Arizona election interference case. The claim was made by Daniel Gielchinsky, an attorney and founder of Florida-based company DGIM Law, who said a fifth Trump indictment in Arizona would 'most likely' be the result of another defendant agreeing to testify against him as part of a plea deal.

'Asked what the probability is Trump will be indicted in the Arizona case, Gielchinsky replied: 'More than likely—I don't think she would have gone through all the trouble of naming him as an unindicted co-conspirator, the term 'co-conspirator' in and of itself implies that the person being described engaged in activity that could lead to them becoming a defendant. The term tells me more than likely they're seeking to bring him into the indictment at some point.
