Wayne Allyn Root said during a recent episode of his show on Newsmax TV that the unemployment rate for black people in the United States was now the lowest rate in recorded history.I know only one person, Wayne Root, who wrote a column for Fox News in 2015 that said Trump would be 'the greatest black president ever.'
