Nearly one-third of Donald Trump's supporters believe Taylor Swift will vote for the former president in November, according to a new poll.Speculation about who Swift will support in the presidential election has grown as she has remained quiet about the race, though the Fortnight singer has historically supported President Joe Biden and progressive social causes such as LGBTQ+ rights.
It has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.53 percentage points.Newsweek reached out to a Swift spokesperson, as well as the Biden and Trump campaigns, for comment via email.In an October 2020 interview with V Magazine, Swift said she was 'proudly' voting for Biden in that year's election because she believes the U.S. had a chance to 'start the healing process it so desperately needs' under his leadership.
