Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been tipped to leave the club in January after a fallout with Erik ten Hag, plus other transfer rumours
The winger was left out of the United squad that faced Arsenal last weekend. When asked for the reason behind Sancho’s absence, manager Erik ten Hag cited the 23-year-old’s “performances in training”.
The situation has placed the forward’s future at Old Trafford in doubt. It was previously reported that Saudi Arabian side Al-Ettifaq submitted a loan offer but the Daily Mail suggested that the deal fell through due to a £50m obligation to buy.It has since been stated by The Sun that Sancho is “wanted” by former club Borussia Dortmund, where he registered 114 goal involvements in 137 games during his four-year stay.
Van de Beek has struggled to replicate his successful stint with Ajax since arriving in English football in 2020. The Netherlands international has made 24 appearances for United since the 2021/22 season and also spent time out on loan at Everton.
