Police say Ty'Shauwn Bryant shot a man to death two years ago, just a year after allegedly doing the same to a sleeping woman. DOTHAN , Ala. - A Dothan man indicted this week faces trial on charges he shot a man to death two years ago after having allegedly done the same thing to a woman a year earlier.
Ty’Shauwn Bryant’s indictment came from Houston County grand jurors, who, after hearing from prosecutors, ruled there is significant evidence implicating him in the 2021 murder of Imari Glanton during an altercation. Police said in 2020 Bryant shot Christina Moore in a barrage of gunfire into her Dothan home, with those bullets meant for others in the home.
Police say Bryant, 25, remained on the run until federal marshals located him in Newnan, Georgia, and brought him back to Dothan, where he has been jailed since his capture in January.and receive the latest local news and weather straight to your email every morning.
