Double-jabbed adults and children under 18 will now be able to carry on as normal even if they have been in close contact with someone who tested positive forFrom today, double-jabbed Brits can forget about the draconian self-isolation rules as the dreaded pingdemic comes to an endDouble-jabbed Brits who are found to be close contacts will still be advised to wear a face mask in enclosed spaces and limit their contact with others.
But they will not be ordered to isolate inside for up to ten days — and do not even need to wait until their PCR result comes back.If you develop symptoms at any time — vaccinated or not — you should get a test.Anyone who has virus symptoms should still self-isolate and get a test as normal — and anyone who tests positive will be legally bound to stay inside.
