Gemma took her niece Emily, 10, and nephew Alfie, 11, to watch Avengers: Endgame when the 'disgusting' men verbally abused her: “They were constantly kicking the back of their seats and calling them names. They’re children.
Amy, of Efford, said that the family was placed in VIP seats at Plymouth's Vue cinema, in front of two men who started to abuse the children.She added: “My auntie just left it and left it. After the film, they were calling Gemma names, it was pure verbal abuse at her."Amy also said that members of the cinema staff were witnessing the ordeal however no one stepped in or said anything.
The family said they are now afraid to return to the cinema, and added that it "doesn't feel like a safe place anymore".
