Yet we don’t apply this logic to other problems people have — no one says the same about nicotine replacement therapy for smokers, for example.
For years there have been public health campaigns encouraging people to eat a healthy diet and to exercise. But despite all this, the rates of obesity have risen. While evil prevails when good men do nothing, it can’t have been easy for her to put her head above the parapet like that, knowing that by doing so she would make herself a target for further vilification and hatred.
