The indulgent-looking treat can be enjoyed as part of a calorie deficit plan
Dr Michael Mosley has shared an indulgent-looking dessert people can enjoy while sticking to their weight loss plans.
The fitness guru, who regularly appears on TV shows such as This Morning, is the inventor of the 5:2 and Fast 800 diets. He regularly shares his top tips for a healthy lifestyle and on Thursday he posted a recipe designed by his wife, Dr Clare Bailey. In a post on Instagram he said: "TREAT UNDER 200 CALORIES. It's no secret that I have a sweet tooth so I thought I'd share this quick and simple idea for an occasional treat.READ MORE: Martin Lewis warning to everyone with broadband internet at homeThe sweet treat is made using fresh strawberries, full-fat live Greek yoghurt, and vanilla extract. It comes in at 123 calories per portion meaning it can be eaten by those on either of his diet plans.
