Dragon Age: The Veilguard – you can be bad, just not that bad One of the central appeals of Baldur’s Gate 3 is that it allows you to do almost anything and play any type of character, whether good, evil or indifferent. BioWare’s Dragon Age: The Veilguard seems to be taking a very different approach though, with significant limits on what your characters can and can’t do.
We might find other ways to get that. Just not blood magic for the hero for now.’ It is indeed an interesting gameplay mechanic, and it would be a shame if it was left out purely because of concerns over the series’ lore, which weren’t an issue in earlier entries.
