It costs at least £69 to see superstar rapper Drake in concert on his UK tour. Unless you live in Leicester, that is.
The Hotline Bling hitmaker performed at Club Republic in the city centre – a nightclub with a capacity of 2,000. That’s much smaller than the 16,000-strong stadium audiences he’s used to. Drake made the stop after his Birmingham show, appearing on the club’s small stage at around 1:20 am. Making the night his official after party, Drizzy performed a slew of his recent hits including God’s Plan, Nonstop and Sicko Mode, which reached number 1 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-hop charts.
