Police officers and paramedics at 10:30 a.m. on May 5 responded to a pickup truck crash on Columbia Road at Westwood Road in which a Ford F150 struck a fire hydrant. The driver, a 44-year-old Cleveland resident, was acting strangely and could not explain how he hit a hydrant, according to the police.
