Ford Fiesta 'spun around' by driver leaving Dunelm car park
Merseyside Police said a black car, which had left the car park of Dunelm on Bromborough's Croft Retail Park, collided with a yellow Ford Fiesta at around 2.30pm on Friday of last week. The crash, on Welton Road near the Asda and Burger King, caused the Fiesta to spin around on impact.
Today, October 17, officers said the driver of the black car left the scene through the nearby Asda petrol forecourt and did not stop at the scene. Now police are calling for anyone who saw the incident, or who has CCTV, dashcam or other footage, to come forward.READ MORE: 'What I did was wrong but Merseyrail needs to change this rule'
The Fiesta driver, a man in his 70s, sustained what police described as a "slight" injury to his ear.
