A driver with two young kids in his car chased after another driver in Sandy Sunday while firing 13 shots at the other driver in an apparent road rage incident, police say.
<p>SANDY — A weekend argument between two drivers at an intersection led to one man firing more than a dozen rounds at the other, according to police.
 Robinson was in a Dodge Charger and had his two children, ages 6 and 3, in the back seat, a police booking affidavit states.
