Aerial images have provided a glimpse of the latest progress of a £36 million redevelopment.
Stephen Packman shared the photos taken from above the land between The Gossamers, York Way, and The Turnstones on Sunday . The Meriden Regeneration Project will create 131 homes for affordable or social rent, a 50-bed extra care facility for elderly people, and two homes for shared ownership on land between The Gossamers and York Way.Watford Community Housing appointed Mulalley and Co to undertake the multimillion-pound redevelopment after it was approved in 2015.
Some locals responded to the photos with concern over the “messy” appearance of the site and a lack of greenery.
