Drug-driving dad killed 'lovely little' son, 8, in M60 crash as mum pays heartbreaking tribute
A dad killed his eight-year-old son in a drug-drive crash on the M60, an inquest heard. Blake Consterdine, from Rochdale died in hospital a short time after the crash from multiple injuries on Friday, February 28, 2020.
The 40-year-old, of Red Lane, Rochdale also pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving whilst uninsured at Manchester Crown Court on June 23, the pre-inquest review confirmed. Blake’s mum Victoria Consterdine was in attendance at the hearing in Manchester South Coroner’s Court. “He is greatly missed and he was just a lovely little boy,” she said following the hearing.“There are no words to describe the loss and pain we live and feel as each day passes without him.”
