A drunk woman ended up with more than a hangover the next morning when she accidentally booked an Uber to Newcastle.
Unfortunately, she had forgotten to update the ‘home’ settings in her app, so that it still said Newcastle . Helen had been out day drinking in Shoreditch, and by the time she Helen decided to make her way home at around 1am she had missed her last train.Her only option – other than shelling out for a hotel room – was to order an Uber for the 30 mile trip to Guildford for £80.
