Callum Turner’s low-key but considered looks are the perfect backdrop to his girlfriend Dua Lipa’s more mercurial wardrobe.
Dua Lipa and boyfriend Callum Turner have been photographed enjoying a sojourn in New York, inspiring a number of tabloid headlines to the tune of “smitten”, “loved-up displays”, and “can’t keep their hands off each other”. Note: the increasing levels of thirst arising from the British press, who seem to have been left-open mouthed at the notion that two good-looking celebrities might share a little casual intimacy. Or should I say, pack on the PDA.
She has so far modelled an imposing leather trench from Khaite, a drop-shoulder jacket from Bottega Veneta, Alaïa’s mesh ballet flats and an full look from emerging designer Meryll Rogge: comprising a plaid tuxedo coat and a cropped sweater from the Belgian brand’s autumn/winter 2024 collection. For his part, Turner has mostly worn the same oxblood bomber – which echoes the precise hue of Lipa’s hair – with black jeans and Nike Air Force sneakers.
