Dublin has never sent a softball team to the Little League World Series before.

Dublin will continue challenging the West Region’s top brass Sunday morning in Game 2 against Washington Little League of Utah. If they win this week’s tournament, Dublin will earn a spot in the World Series in Greenville, North Carolina this August. While Little League International foots the bill to send the young athletes to the World Series, the team has started aNearly all of the team’s players attend Dublin’s Wells Middle School together, while another attends Christensen Middle School in Livermore.
