The official bared that he has given Batakang Organisasyon han Partido and Yunit Militia members up to March 30 to give themselves up to authorities, and acknowledge that they were just used by the NPAs. Matuguinao is a fifth class municipality that is 41kms away from the province’s capital, Catbalogan City.
Meanwhile, LtGen. Gilbert Gapay, Commanding General Phil. Army disclosed that they were just waiting for the ultimatum to be set for communist rebels to surrender and avail the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program .
