Seven year-old brain tumor sufferer Emma Mertens was thrilled to welcome the sweet police pooches who traveled from all over the state to visit her at home Saturday.

The page was set up to share photos of dogs from across the world to cheer Emma up as she receives treatment for her illness.set up to raise funds for Emma explained how she was suddenly struck down by DIPG in January. Emma is said to have been left ‘all smiles’ after getting to meet dozens of Wisconsin’s hard-working police pooches It explained: ‘Last weekend she was having a normal weekend playing with friends, playing in the snow, and wrestling with her brothers.‘By Wednesday, she was rushed into surgery to reduce swelling on the brain.‘She is a fighter and she and her family along with everyone on Team Emma are here to fight for her.’
