Dyslexic student slams Glasgow University for discrimination after pleas for support 'ignored'
A dyslexic student claims she was discriminated against by the University of Glasgow after her pleas for support were ignored.
Chloe claims she called and emailed the university numerous times in a bid to receive learning support but received no response for three months. The distressed student came close to leaving her course as her grades plunged, but she felt trapped by the financial commitment she had made to attend the course.
She lodged a complaint with the university and asked for compensation to cover the months of coursework affected."I was receiving B's in my coursework when I was struggling, now I'm receiving A's. But the grades contribute towards my overall mark.
