One happy customer said: "The product arrived on time and was tried out right away for a few minutes. The battery was then fully charged and has been used all over our bungalow. "Would definitely buy another. Extendable arm which means it can reach areas you can't get to. Perfect for wooden floors. Looks great. You would think its a Dyson but better. I've used it in the car . It can get into the tightest areas without any problem. Just love it."
