An e-scooter rider was assaulted by a disgruntled driver in Northampton town centre last Friday Northamptonshire Police have announced.
The incident took place outside the Guildhall on St Giles Square on Friday, November 11. At about 2.10pm, for reasons yet unknown the angered driver got out of his car and pushed the rider. The driver is then believed to have raised his fists at the rider. Northants Police are now appealing for witnesses of the incident to come forward.The car driver is described as a white man, aged 50-60, with grey hair, driving a white BMW and wearing a cardigan.
