The fourth episode of the third season aired last night and fans of the show reckon that Sergeant Catherine Cawood and Tommy Lee Royce will meet one last time
Happy Valley just gets better and better each week and after last night's episode, fans were left on the edge of their seats.
At the start of the series, Catherine came across the remains of a gangland murder victim in a drained reservoir and a series of unfortunate events has once again led her back to Tommy, who is the dad of her grandson Ryan and her late daughter's rapist, writes The Manchester Evening News. Following this discovery, Catherine confronts her sister in a tense scene which fans have said is the best TV they have watched.
Tommy, who is played by James Norton, ran out the court and into a nearby shop, before pinching a bike and cycling clothing and heading off into Leeds.Top showbiz news One tweeted: "Mad how Tommy escapes from Bolton and ends up in Leeds #HappyValley."
