Eamonn Holmes has been open about his health struggles over the years and recently gave a heartbreaking admission about feeling like he's living on 'borrowed time'
Eamonn Holmes had a rough start to his day on GB News as the ever-energetic Mr Motivator joined him for some early morning exercise routines. The veteran breakfast TV host, alongside co-host Isabel Webster, was put through his paces by 71-year-old fitness instructor Derrick Errol Evans, better known as Mr Motivator, who arrived clad in his signature workout gear.
Mr Motivator, full of zest, shot back with a proposal: "GB News should have me come in every single morning to do five minutes before you guys come on and that way we can get the nation moving. Movement is medicine! ". In his case, this sentiment carries additional weight due to his father's premature death from a heart attack at age 65.
In striving to get back on his feet, Eamonn has undertaken everything from intensive physiotherapy sessions to bracing ice-cold showers to promote healing, but progress has been gradual.
