TV presenter Eamonn Holmes is said to be 'smitten' with his new girlfriend Katie Alexander
Eamonn Holmes, the daytime TV star, is making the most of his life following his split from Ruth Langsford. The 64-year-old former ITV This Morning presenter was recently seen embarking on a luxury cruise with his new love interest, who has reportedly been referring to him as her "soulmate" just four months after his marriage ended.
A source told Heat Magazine: "Katie is telling everyone that she's totally smitten and in love. They've known each other for nine years, so this isn't a fly-by-night relationship - she's in it for the long haul." The Sun reports that the TV host underwent a double replacement in 2016 and has been using a wheelchair since undergoing back surgery earlier this year. In January, following a fall that resulted in a broken shoulder and nine months on from a significant divorce, the ex-ITV daytime presenter is seemingly moving forward with Katie, a mother of three. A source told Heat Magazine: "Eamonn is her man, and she's there to look after him.
