Eamonn Holmes liked a post from Ruth Langsford regarding her mother's hospital stay, marking one of their first interactions since their separation.
Eamonn Holmes reached out to his estranged wife Ruth Langsford after she shared a post from her ailing mother Joan's hospital bed. Joan was hospitalized in December after breaking her pelvis during a fall. Ruth confirmed the news on Instagram, saying Joan is in good spirits and hopefully will be home for Christmas. The couple confirmed their 14-year marriage is over in June and are understood to be keen on ushering in a speedy divorce once Christmas and New Year are out of the way.
Holmes, 65, has already moved on with dating counsellor Katie Alexander, at 43 some 22-years the veteran presenter's junior.
