Claremont Parish Church is re-investing some of the money raised from its Spring Fair into purchasing a life-saving defibrillator for the community.

An East Kilbride church will be purchasing a defibrillator to serve the community after raising £3,800 in their Spring Fair.

Overall, the church raised £3,800, with £1,400 of that being used to purchase a community defibrillator, £300 being donated to MAF and the rest being utilised to maintain the upkeep of the church. “There was something for everyone. It wasn’t about making money, but rather to maintain the upkeep of the church.
