The return of an old Walford resident has caused Martin's life to change forever.
He was stunned Martin Fowler ’s life has changed forever following the return of Ruby Allen in EastEnders. A few months ago, when Sharon Watts was in prison for contempt of court, she learnt from cellmate Chrissie that she met a pregnant Ruby while behind bars. Sharon and Phil Mitchell then decided to try and track Ruby down. They hired Johnny Carter , who managed to find information that confirmed Ruby was living in Essex after giving birth to a little boy in 2022.

Ruby ended up telling Martin that she doesn’t have custody of their boy anymore, because she put him up for adoption.
