EastEnders favourite quits BBC One soap after three years to seek 'new challenges'
EastEnders star Milly Zero has quit the hit BBC One soap as her character Dotty Cotton after three and a half years.
It read: "After 3 & a half years - I have decided my journey with the icon that is Dotty Cotton has come to an end. "Thank you to everyone that made it so special I have made friends for life, learnt huge amounts and made memories to last a lifetime.EastEnders fans were quick to react to the post as one soap watcher replied: "What a shame, Milly definitely had potential to make Dotty into an iconic force of nature in the same league as Janine and Stacey" with a crying emoji.Another soap watcher wrote: "Awww this is a shame.
It comes as EastEnders star Jaz Deol shocked fans after quitting the long-running BBC soap after three years.
