EXCLUSIVE: Eastenders actress Natalie Cassidy says she'd rather her eldest daughter Eliza didn't follow in her acting footsteps because she'd like her to try something different
She’s one of Eastenders’ best known characters after first appearing on the hit BBC soap 30 years ago. But Natalie Cassidy has admitted she would rather her eldest daughter, Eliza, take a different career path than her own.
Eliza - who Natalie shares with ex fiance Adam Cottrell - appeared on Junior Bake Off in 2022. Natalie kept it a secret until Eliza left the show. She then told fans, Speaking to OK! about her daughter’s appearance on the popular show, Natalie describes it as a “proud mum moment”.
