After two years working on the BBC soap EastEnders as Tom 'Rocky' Cotton, it's being reported that actor Brian Conley has now decided to exit the role ahead of the Christmas twist
EastEnders star Brian Conley has reportedly fallen out of love with the role of Tom 'Rocky' Cotton, and will depart the BBC soap later this year.
"Brian was a brilliant signing and has been a big hit with fans. But it looks as though he’s just not enjoying being on EastEnders any more — and has been telling a lot of colleagues and telly friends he wanted out for a while," an EastEnders insider said. Apparently, a different character was originally going to meet their maker across the festive period, but it's now believed that Rocky could replace them.This comes after the Bard AI system predicted legendary Kat Slater would be the soap's Christmas killer.
