Cindy won Anna back Ever since arriving back in Albert Square, it has been Cindy Beale’s mission to reconnect with daughters Anna and Gina Knight in EastEnders. Unfortunately, things have been frosty between the estranged mother and daughters since her dramatic reappearance in their lives after a nine year absence.
However, Cindy had finally accepted the fact that Elaine was likely to be in her daughters’ lives for good, and it was better to be with her than against her. For that reason, she invited a surprised Elaine for dinner at Walford East, in order to try and let bygones be bygones. Cindy and Elaine managed to bury the hatchet Things got off to a bad start, with Cindy automatically resorting to insulting Elaine in true Cindy fashion, but she was quick to get things back on track.
